It is a pleasure for us to highly recommend Danielle Dayrell to anyone who not only wants to make a sale, but also make a friend. Danielle was certainly successful in selling our house in a very difficult market. She also helped us find a great home, as well as a great deal, which we continue to enjoy everyday.

I was very happy with your services when I was house hunting last summer and fall. Because of your work, I'm in a beautiful home in the neighborhood I wanted and in the price range I was looking. I was most impressed by your professional yet friendly and upbeat attitude throughout our work together. It took me almost six months to find the right house and we must have looked at dozens of places, yet you never showed any impatience and were always ready to show me the houses that looked promising.  When going through them, you honestly pointed out the short-comings as well as the attractive features. More than once, you pointed out water damage or less than stellar workmanship. I really appreciated that about you.

I just wanted to give my thoughts about Danielle.  Without Danielle I would not have my house, and this is the house of my dreams.   I believe there are some people who sell houses and then there's Danielle. She truely cared about me and me getting my house.  When I thought that I'd had enough and just couldnt go on-she'd call and talk.  Danielle never kept anything from me-even if I really didnt want to hear it, and that's exactly the way I wanted it.  I trust Danielle completely.  She became alot more than JUST a realtor to me, she is nows part of the family and will stay that way !!!!!  Danielle is like a sister and I will never use another realtor unless it is Danielle.
